Feeling very confident in the clinician I saw. He gave me ample time for my appointment, and was very informative about the treatment and the choices offered to me. A very good experience of a dreaded appointment!

Awkwardness as standing by door when changing and nurses walked in and out at time of changing. Did not realise anyone would walk in the room so soon, so perhaps needed more time or asked if I could say when ready?

The clinician made me feel extremely at ease.
