Suggested improvements
There is a lot of communication sent by emails with instructions etc some of them repetitive. I believe you need to review your documents and shorten them. Links can be given and to used if the patient wants to do so. Being a patient and preoccupied with your health problem the last you want is to bombarded by instructions, questionnaires etc.
