Mr. Hart’s professionalism and care were of the highest standard and I was completely satisfied with the treatment I received. After years of pain and discomfort Mr. Hart has relieved all of my pain and discomfort which I am externally grateful for.

Your payment procedure for self-funding patients needs looking into. I received an email several days prior to my appointment asking for payment at least 24 hours before my visit otherwise my appointment could not go ahead. I duly paid the invoice but on arriving at Portland Place the receptionist asked me for payment and I had to prove I had actually paid before I was allowed in. Both the approach at reception and your communication between departments needs looking into.
