The staff were all very polite and cheerful and obviously wanted to help. I liked the fact that when not dealing with patients they kept the noise levels to a minimum which gave an atmosphere of calm professionalism. The digital signs on the second floor were really good in the fact that they were all but one easy to read. I noticed that the phones quietly "bong" rather than ring which again keeps the atmosphere calm. It is a lovely touch that a staff member provides patients with tea or coffee, if required, whilst they are waiting instead of leaving them to work out how to use a machine themselves. The small bottles of water are also a nice idea; it proves that the patient has actually been considered.

Suggested improvements
My only criticism is that although the digital notices are really good, the one with the Nurse Leaders' details is not easy to read. The font is small which gives the impression that you don't really want to give out this information! I would suggest you use a larger font and in bold. May I suggest you have a N/A area on this survey as some of the questions asked are not relevant to me at this stage? (I didn't expect to be told about the cost of consultation as I am an insured patient and I didn't see any nurses, hence the one star)

The receptionist who checked me in was just the right mixture of friendliness and professionalism and willing to talk me through things (unfortunately I don't remember her name). She even took time to wave to me when I left.
