Consultant, Mr Jonathan Hughes, was patient-focused and very considerate of patient's needs and a clear and pleasant communicator and was highly proficient.
His medical secretary had a kindly manner and sign posted next steps and followed through.
Patient focused approach of the consultant and his PA made me feel secure and reassured.
