My consultant requested further tests ie ultrasound and Ct plus a referral to another specialist. My frustration is trying to coordinate appointments as each one required my liaising with three separate people which made it very difficult. My journey is around 2.5 hours each way door to door so I was hoping to do things same day as far as possible. Originally I had 3 appointments on different days but ultimately I was able to get both the ultrasound and Ct on sone day. It took numerous call backs to achieve. If there was a coordinator to a handke this where multiple appointments could be made centrally it would save a lot of wasted liaison from all points of view. Having said all of this I appreciate different specialists are only available for specific days . You staff were all very helpful, polite and professional throughout
