Incredibly impressive coordination across departments and the real time requests from Dr Luna Siddique were perfectly implemented by Dan Green and the Clinic’s multi-disciplinary team I’ve had Preventicum annual checks for about 15 yrs, but each one felt like a one-off, here at Cleveland it already feels like a continuous journey. I know Dr Siddique will be on my case and I need that. I left my first session feeling inspired to set new habits and have already started eg intermittent fasting at her recommendation Her ability to pull in great experts in their field like Prof Pier Lambiase was impressive and very helpful. I look forward to my in-person debrief The medical equipment you have is far more advanced which made the MRIs, CT and cardio exercise sessions faster and me feeling very safe Please thank the whole team. Impressive.

The building was freezing cold, for me but also the CC team I’ve started getting feedback requests from individual departments which now feels fragmented rather than superbly coordinated as it felt on the day

Dr Siddique made it feel very personalised and insightful, setting good regimes and goals, following up on what really matters first. Her discernment and people skills stand out as exceptional. I feel I have found someone who seeks to really understand me and be by my side for years to come. Extremely distinctive and helpful Dan Green’s service mentality and Comms made me feel very well looked after, that’s Comms within the Clinic and with my office, both were first rate I’ve seen numerous heart specialists in London and Zürich for several years, but this time I felt like Prof Lambiase was really going to explore the underlying triggers/causes and built my trust in his expertise (which I haven’t had before regarding my arrhythmia) In the cardio exercises it was a nice change to not feel judged, which is what I always felt at Preventicum. His explanations were very helpful I wish I remembered everyone’s names to thank them individually. Overall I was very impressed with the teamwork - thank you
