From my first introduction to the Neurology Department in the form of a telephone conversation with Rebecca, Prof Malholtra's secretary, to meeting with him face to face, I was overwhelmed by the kindness and efficiency of everyone I came in to contact with throughout the process.
Professor Malholtra is patient, kind, and ensures that as a patient you feel listened to and have the opportunity to ask questions or for information to be repeated. He's extremely empathetic and understanding. We left feeling confident that we were in expert hands. Thank you!

Everyone from the secretaries to the guys at reception through to the nurse and Consultant were outstanding in their attention to detail, their willingness to go above & beyond to help, their friendliness and their efficiency. Well done!
