Suggested improvements
Yes they could have communicated the tome of the operation better. we were given many different times eg, 9:30 am 11.30, 1;00 pm 3;30 and the 5:30. when eventually went down 6;00pm. My wife phoned at 11;00 and found difficult to get hold of anyone. Consultant did phone her back at midnight and he was great but ICU nurse communicated something she shouldn’t have which upset family.
