From the moment I entered the building I was treated really nicely and everyone was helpful including the security staff. The two nurses that were involved in my care were really helpful. The nurse who took my blood was excellent. I didn’t even feel the needle going in! Thank you everyone. You’re all doing an amazing job. I hope this continues.

The bookings team are not very organised. I’ve had to repeatedly book my tests in and still they kept forgetting. I had to keep going back and forth with emails and calls. Finally I was told to attend the wrong clinic. However this was quickly rectified by the receptionist who managed to book me in the Portland clinic so that I didn’t have to rebook. I’m grateful she did this as I eminent have been able to attend the Victoria clinic.

Unfortunately I didn’t take any names but all the staff on the ground floor (receptionist, security at entrance and another staff member (he May have also been security), the two nurses that I dealt with . I was there from 12.45pm to 1.15pm on 18 January 23
