When I arrive at the reception desk I was totally ignored for a few minutes and I thought it would be courteous for one of the receptionist to at least acknowledge that I was there and that they would deal with me when they finished their current work. Eventually I was asked my name et cetera.

Yes the Australian radiographer who undertook my CT scan was exceptionally helpful and acted very professionally in a friendly and supportive manner which I found impressive.
