Reception was pretty good, nurses were good, phlebotomist was good. Doctor was exceptional. One hitch occurred; the receptionists sent me for blood tests but not for the ECG that the doctor had ordered. Ideally they should have said go to phlebotomy, then to radiology" but they only said "go to phlebotomy". I will have to go back for that. It was on the form I was given so I should have noticed, but I was anxious and flustered. I did not take it in properly. Money was never discussed after I had provided my BUPA authorisation code.

You could have checked off the items on my doctor's request list for tests, one by one, before letting me go home.

Yes. It is a great facility to visit, with helpful friendly staff and excellent medical people.
