Excellent professional advice and care provided by Mr. Jon Simmons, under whose care I have been since February 2022. We did not discuss costs at all as I have private insurance and therefore not really necessary.

Almost too many people standing around at check in, you could reduce staff numbers?! Also I do wonder why I have to check in on the ground floor and then again on the 3rd floor, it is time consuming and slightly annoying!
