I feel that nothing can fully replace the personal touch of an in-person consultation, but given the circumstances this was a good alternative. I had lots of time to discuss my symptoms and was happy to get a diagnosis different to what had been said previously.

There should be an option to check if the video software is working prior to the event. I was concerned that the software wasn't working initially.
