I was quoted for my procedure, by the Cleveland Clinic, as I was self funding and I accepted the quote only to receive another quote a few weeks later which was over £1,200 more, with no explanation. I queried it with the Consultant’s secretary and she informed that they would honour the first quote. I subsequently paid, but am being chased for the balance between the two quotes. The secretary has chased your accounts department, to sort it out, but nothing seems to be happening

My surgeon Sam Rajaratnam was excellent as was his whole team, Barry Phillips, the anaesthetist and their nurse, Christine Howis.
