The staff at the reception were money orientated and did not want understand that I was not a new patient.As I have been seeing Dr.N Sawyer for years prior to his move to Cleveland Clinic.
Contrary to agreement at the reception and having paid my bill there and then I was then sent a bill against what was agreed at the time.

Very welcoming and all staff were polite. I am an overseas patient and a scan requested by my surgeon was organised and done on the day of my consultation. This was very helpful. Again the ultrasonographer was very polite and welcoming.
