It is a superb facility and I felt people had time for me, particularly demonstrated by how long the pacemaker team spent with me trying (successfully) to solve a difficult issue.

Hospital environment, cleanliness, facilities were very good. But special thanks to the nurses on the floor, pre-op, during operation, recovery & after care, you have commendable strong nursing team who are passionate towards patients and their care. I know the nurses who were assigned with me, went out of way to provide the care. My gratitude to them all.

The medical care was excellent but the food was not great. It would be better to have a sheet of paper to choose which meal the patient would like and then the patient can tick the box. It was hard to understand the lady offering the food and she forgot to put her mask her until I asked her to and she had to stand close to me to show me the choice.
Cost of treatment not communicated to me because my insurance company was paying for it.
