All good , staff friendly , went smoothly , only thing was my procedure was 40 minutes late due to the anethetist being held up , once she got there all went to plan
Didn't know there was a call button hence the answer 'never '
Good communication along the way , very important to me .

Everything was carried out smoothly and professionally. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The facilities were all in excellent condition.
Everyone starting from the reception all the way to my discharge was exceptionally polite and friendly.

I come from Iceland and it was a long road to get to surgery, but as soon as I was in the Cleveland Clinic system things started happening fast. I wrote I didn´t get information about the cost and that is because I don´t care how much it cost since the Icelandic Health Insurance covers it completely and I have waited for 3 good years.
