Being admitted seems to be a problem. I provide all my insurance information and The Cleveland Clinic can’t see to contact my insurance provider, even though I have no problems.

I felt that my choice of surgeon Dr Panos GIKAS made this entire experience a lot better
It started with Shahi who got me the appointment with him and was so incredibly helpful
JJ and Sean and the entire team on 4 Th Floor made me very secure and safe and cared for
Janene my Physio was simply the best and all in all I couldn’t have wished for anything better
The checkout was easy and so simple which also made things easier
I do not like Hospitals but this one is

The catering staff were slow to respond, inefficient and managed to get things wrong.
Lunch was good. Breakfast, over 2 hours late !!! was inedible......awful.

I was comfortable with all the treatment and support
Nothing exceptional to report, but during my daughter, Isabella Barton's stay, I have to say her pain relief was diabolical and was akin to torture. I told one of the doctors it was cruel the way she was treated.
She will now has to have therapy for PTSD from the harrowing 6 day experience. I'm not exaggerating this either. The nursing care was good, but overall, I would have to seriously consider if I could recommend the clinic to anyone for fear they were to experience the same as her on AAU.
