I have been in hospital several times over the last few years and experienced care at several nhs and private institutions. The Cleveland clinic has set a standard of care with a group of staff that sits head and shoulders above any other private hospital in London .
All the staff are connected to the concept of patient care and experience making a truly terrifying time as good as it possibly could .
I would particularly like to commend the front of house staff and the porters . The Cleveland clinic is the only hospital I’ve ever stayed where these very important but lesser roles staff understand their part in the patient journey and they were friendly , smiling , helpful , reassuring , confident and kind . I really would like this passed on to them and hope that the Cleveland continues to recognise how this small part is a massive differentiator in patient experience. Moving through to theatre can be terrifying and s friendly , confident kind person makes that small physical journey so much easier .
The nursing staff and all ancillary staff on the 4th were also exceptional, kind , friendly and expertly attentive and professional.
All these little pieces set my experience at Cleveland clinic way above any other hospital. I’d really like all the staff to have that feedback .

I have been a patient in many private hospitals in London and I have never been so blown away by the care of the staff here. Please can I make special reference to Nurse Grace and Senior nurse Nial, both super caring and professional. Also to Sanya in admissions who made me feel safe and put a smile on my face.
The hospital is clean and comfortable and I felt safe as soon as I arrived. All the staff from the cleaners, catering, X-ray and health professionals were amazing. Such a wonderful stay, hoping I won’t be back but if I am I can be rest assured that I will be totally well looked after.
