I always felt safe. If I had a concern, it was taken seriously and resolved quickly. Everything was explained to me in a way that I could understand. Nothing was too much trouble.

I was extremely impressed by Mr Hart. He is an exceptional surgeon. He is also an excellent communicator. He makes himself available at all times which is quite remarkable. He is clearly a very caring person. Very importantly, I trust him.
