The Consultant Mr Nathwani explained everything to me about my knee replacement He was very professional and I am very happy with the result of the operation The nursing staff Sean, Alison and whole team were excellent…they really looked after me …nothing was too much trouble to them The Dr on the ward was very good as well ..he explained my medication in a clear and precise way Both physios Allirra and Dan explained the exercise programme and I was given a detailed schedule to follow for my recovery going forward The whole experience was excellent and i am recovering well thanks to the treatment I received at the Cleveland

I thought the food was just ok At times the meals were cold The ingredients were good and the service from the catering staff was very good but it was a shame the end result food wise could be a lot better

Mr Nathwani was excellent He assured me that my knee replacement would go smoothly and it did I was confident I was in ‘good hands’ and could see this man was excellent at his work He was calm and that settled me as I was a little anxious on the day of the op He visited me the day after in the ward and said everything had gone well and he was happy with matters This I was grateful for this

When I was being discharged Sean the nurse came into my room he wished me well and said if I had any issues with my knee or problems with my meds just give a call or contact him via email and he would go thro everything with me This I thought was considerate as the list of medication was a lot to take in I was impressed
