Really good hospitality, but could improve in some aspects

Bed sheets needed changing, there was blood and someone's hair in most of the sheets, pillows, etc I couldnt move well both arms, and not much help was offered to get up or lie down, had to get up to do things and I think nurses could have offered alternatives

All staff was incredibly kind and responsive
