Everything worked smoothly and correctly except the admissions process which was below par.

Suggested improvements
Admissions: I was told to take a seat when I arrived and waited for half an hour before I complained about people arriving after me being served before me. The admissions clerk told me there was no system and she simply took the people closest to the front. You should have an automatic queuing system system activated when people arrive at the front desk or alternative (but working) system. Food was generally adequate but would not rank as good. Too often it was only lukewarm.
