Very pleasant reception on arrival and reception area. Offered choice of drinks.

Suggested improvements
Please note - I was an outpatient and the questionnaire requested replies to in patient stays. There was no space to mark - not applicable. E.g. food, call button.


Previous visits to my Gp had not diagnosed my condition and had given inaccurate information.
