The care received on the 5th floor was excellent.

As everything is done electronically, the food orders were sometimes a bit slower as they came from downstairs--however staff involved were always polite and curteous and apologetic for any delays

I was informed of all the procedures and was not rushed into any decision making. I also had opportunity to discuss any concerns.

It would be unfair for me to name individuals--but all nursing staff involve in my stay in Room 525 from the 20th to 29th April were exceptional.
