The reason is staff were excellent in communicating with regards to my medication and treatment.

The room and bathroom are n9t designed with the patient in mind. I had a foot operation and the bathroom was designed badly. The mirrors were too high, just could see my head. The toilet flush was so far behind me it was difficult to reach. I was continuinly knocking my elbow on the toilet paper holder. The bin was too far from the sink. There was only a commode to use as seating when I wanted to brush my teeth as I couldn't stand for any length. The hooks for hanging up my towel was too far from the shower and the sink. The closet was too far from the bed. The blinds could only go up or down no midway. Food was always delivered late, 1hr 15mins on one occasion. Some of the food was cold when delivered.

Mr Musthaq is an excellent surgeon and has a fabulous bed side manner He's professional but understanding and kind
