Splendid stay with Cleveland Clinic - professional, courteous and very helpful staff. Nurse JayJay did the preliminary call few days before surgery for me, and have me his cell phone number in case i wanted to contact. Which in fact I did, not once but twice! And very promptly and helpfully he responded. As a matter of fact, I called him today before his shift even started early morning, as I was running late for my check in, he still picked up and very kindly offered to let the nurses know himself and asked me to ca reception too. This is the kind of care that makes a real difference. Then at the hospital when I was checked into the room, the staff was extremely helpful and kind I felt. They all looked after me really well. Especially my own nurse really made me feel very comfortable. She checked on me regularly. And ensured I had proper food on time. Really was very remarkable in her attitude. May God bless her. The physio was absolutely great too, giving me extra time and attention to ensure I was safe and prepared. I had phone calls while she waited without creating any urgency. I really appreciate her patience with me. All in all it truly felt I was in good care. The surgery went really well. And the consultant did a stellar job through and through. Thank you!

Just two minor points; 1. Be great to have nursing/caring staffs names on the letter, for reference and to thank them personally. 2. When Kash sent his post op letter today., it came on a different website then CCL MyChart portal where all the docs are usually. This is generally a security concern as I wouldn't trust senders other than - Gmail marked that email as unsafe too!
