Very caring staff who continually checked in on me! I was treated with kindness and respect at all times and nothing was too much trouble!

I felt that I was asked to be in for 10:00am and then on arrival was told my operation wouldn’t be until 2pm (it was actually nearer 3pm) which was a long time for me to sit in my room and worry!! Also was a long time for me not to have eaten from 6pm the evening before ?

Mr Nathwani from the onset of meeting him was clear and thorough in his opinion of my knee issues. He carried out extensive test prior to admission to confirm everything and displayed a real interest in my whole health- not just the knee! He instilled utter confidence that he could sort my issues and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him- a highly skilled consultant!!

Each and every member of staff I came across were exceptional! I was in from Monday until Thursday so there were many changeovers of staff but the level of care and attention remained consistently high!
