Communication prior to procedure and help liaising with insurance was very helpful. All the staff including the very kind and personable anaesthetist and surgeon, doctors, pharmacist, cleaners, catering team were amazing, but a special thank you to the wonderful team of nurses whose care and attention is second to none. In my post op daze I cannot remember all the names, but certainly my daytime nurse yesterday (I’m so sorry I can’t remember her name now) and Jier today, have looked up me so well. Thank you so much.

The hospital is state of the art and very comfortable. Only minor feedback would be to say… It would be good to see a menu to be able to see what food options are available. You can’t read the tv channels on the tv menu as the text is set so small!

Mr Hughes gave me reassurance prior and after the procedure.
