Could not fault anyone or anything at the hospital at all. From the first moment of walking through the front door to the moment I left every single member of staff there made me feel like I was the only patient and nothing was too much trouble. Absolutely brilliant all round. I have answered a couple of questions because I had to but I never had need to use the call bell and my medical insurance is picking up the bill so I never asked about the costs.

Suggested improvements
I can not honestly think of a single thing.


I have seen Dr Byrne a few times now and I have every faith in him to do what needs to be done but only when it needs to be done. He explains everything in a way that is easily understandable and leaves you with a sense of confidence that everything is being taken care of.


Everyone. Very difficult to pick individuals but Matt Galysh (forgive me if I’ve spelt that incorrectly) looked after me both days I was in and was fun and made me feel relaxed at the same time as being efficient, skilled and knowledgeable. There was also Jen who looked after me overnight and McKenzie all who did wonderful jobs but as I said everyone I came into contact with was exceptional.
