The admission process was poor! There was no clear way for Ibrahim to know who was next in line. He apologised for not knowing and explained that he was working by himself. I felt quite bad for him as he seemed to be under a lot of pressure with over five groups of patients waiting to be admitted. Shahira and Claudine from recovery were such delightful people! They constantly checked on me and made sure I was okay. We had a nice conversation during my time there. My nurse Kyleigh was lovely! She made sure I wasn’t in pain and answered all the questions I had.

Suggested improvements
Get more admission staff and sort out they can keep track of who is actually next in line.
