overall my experience is positive. the doctor and his team are very strong and pleasant. the main nurse McKinsey and bandar the support nurse were very helpful and friendly. the receptionist assisted me well

I was supposed to meet the doctor for a consultation at 1.45 then move to the room and do catherisation procedure at 4pm. something wrong happened. I did not meet the doctor and was sent directly to the room. and I lost opportunity to discuss my reports and spend enough time. he visited me at room before the procedure and did talk to me but this was not enough for me. and I was on the bed doing echo and many tests so not in the mood to talk and review the tests and reports I brought with me. I am trying to reach him for some answers post operation. second: fixing the cannula and taking blood was very painful and not done well. I can send you my picture. a lady nurse tried and failed me three times causing pain entering in flesh. a second colleague lady nurse fixed me cannula from first time and took blood from me from first time. so I was punctured 5 times with success 2 times and my arm is blue with 5 patches other than catherisation patch third: it may help if the hospital arranges for a system to call for taxis if needed like hotels. the reception security helped me and did all they can can fourth: what does gPS mean on the top of this form first questions?

talented man. professional and pleasant - makes you comfortable. I still wished to have a proper 45 min consultation as the original plan at 1.45 pm way before the procedure to ask more and share more of my reports. I don't know why my appointment did n to take place. was it my mistake? I was just directed to the room rather than the office to meet the consultant.

the dr mr S Redwood was very talented and explained things in op room. his team were amazing. the nurse who took care of me post operation was very good. the main nurse at the room mckensy was amazing. also BANDAR assistant nurse and Abraham at reception very helpful. the operation room seemed way top notch new clean hospital - feels american (I have been to Cleveland Ohio for my daughter before)
