The Surgeons, anaesthetist and staff in the operating theatre were fantastic. I felt calm and in the best possible hands. The nurses on the ward were kind and helpful and I always felt supremely well looked after.

Suggested improvements
The beds are VERY uncomfortable - I got a feeling like bedsores on my lower back. The admissions process was disjointed. I received a letter a long time ago asking me to check in at 7am. My surgeon had told me I wouldn't need to be in that early but on the morning of the procedure I received a call from the hospital saying I should have been there at 7am. This made me very anxious and panicked even though the staff were at pains to tell me to relax and make my way in and that I wouldn't miss my slot.

I felt in very very safe hands
