The staff looking after me were kind and gentle. I was well informed and well cared for throughout my stay.

There were several errors on the catering side with the food I ordered however they were always rectified. I think this was mostly due to new staff being trained with the system and in some cases due to language barriers. I have no doubt this will improve as they all settle in.

Mr Imber was the reason we chose the clinic. He responded promptly to our initial request for a consultation and arranged for my procedure to be carried out quickly. He was in contact with us regularly throughout my stay and has followed up with me appropriately since I left the Clinic. The care I have been given was exceptional.

Mr Charles Imber is the reason we chose the Clinic and his care was exceptional All the nursing staff were great, especially Jessica and Natalie who looked after me for most of my stay. Stephania was always good humoured & a pleasure to be around and Katie, the NIC, went out of her way to make me more comfortable on a particularly uncomfortable night.
