The systems you have work very well

The pharmacy caused big problems with our checkout. The attitude of the pharmacy was out of line with the attitude and behaviour of the rest of the hospital. Our leaving time was known well in advance, and a car was booked based on that The pharmacy did not start processing our prescription until we were actually leaving, The rest of the Cleveland clinic departments were unable to prevent that from happening, even though this is an issue that happens far too often
