Most of the staff were excellent, however on one of my worst days the health care assistant that day was appalling, I had to ask the nurse to make sure she didn’t come in or do anything for me for the rest of the day, not that she had done anything for me before. When I rang the bell she ignored it and another nurse had to come from another station, I asked the nurse who came was anyone outside and he said yes. I think her name was Eunice max possibly an agency nurse but I never saw her again thankfully. So one health care assists cost the rest of the 5th floor team 5 stars.

Suggested improvements
I think on the whole the team were very helpful, even the cleaners and food service team so not sure what else they could have done to improve things.


I appreciate the consultant is probably very busy but I did feel he was sometimes quite brief, perhaps this was only to help me focus on the important things but I tend to want to know more.


A few members of staff stood out, I don’t have all their names. Though the ones I can remember were Jier, Nathalie, Isla, Xhenissa, Angela, Frank, Princess & Becky Davey.
