Truly outstanding clinical care and attention to detail from all the team. That, and a night team who have an amazing ability to come into my room, check on me and leave, all without ever once wakening me!
Suggested improvements
The admin process running up to admission seriously needs work. Disorganised, uncoordinated and required frequent questions from me before I got everything I needed.
Sorrel and Lucy - the physiotherapy team. Absolutely outstanding!
