I couldn’t fault my time in Grosvenor place

May minor thing was only being given my date for pre opp a week before. Difficult to plan around other commitments with such short notice. NHS was booked a month before. My procedure notes said day case and so had to keep telling people I was an over night case, pity it wasn’t updated when first picked up. Again minor comment but I know you guys are seeking perfection.

I felt very reassured and confident through every interaction. Many thanks
