Never in my 73 yeaars have I encountrered such a wonderful, professional, caring team. As an NHS referral I expected a second tier service. How wrong could I have been.

As a person of 1.88 metres a longer bed option was needed. When extended, the gap at the foot of the bed merely swallowed up the bedclothes. The fold in the standard bed is also in the wrong place for anyone with a back condition. As a long term vergetarian I struggled to find options. Thr option to have salted vegetables would have also been an improvement. These are the reasons for my only 4* markings.

I still await recovery to appreciate the benefits of my extensive procedure.
