The ground floor reception did not escort me just sent me to 1st floor who then sent me to 5th. I was given a cursory guide round the room and then left. I had to ask a nurse if was going to get breakfast and then had to order so after fasting from 6am operation at 6pm a egg sandwich at 11pm I didn't eat until 9am the following day. The omelette was rubbery and toast dry. I didn't eat it.
