The nurse were excellent & the surgeon was amazing

The catering staff is terrible I was in the Cleveland in February it was bad then & I think it has got worse. I tried to telephone the ward this evening & held on a long time & no one answered. When I left th hospital no one told me what to do if I was in pain or didn’t feel well. Pp

He was just amazing & anything I wanted to know he answered me in a way I understood.
