I was overwhelmed by the care, the top class clean place, the helpful friendly staff on all levels and the attention to detail. I was totally put at ease before the operation, not experienced such charm from surgeon and anaesthetist, don’t think it exists anywhere else in England. After the surgery the nurses came to make sure I was fine, or needed anything, so kind. Dr Imber also appeared to check up on me. Incredible service. After returning home I recieved a phone call asking if I was ok and were there any questions that I would like to ask etc. Such service would be hard to match.

I really can’t think of anything .

I think that I have already explained how excellent my consultant was, and I have been telling anyone who may be interested to make an appointment with him and experience this Clinic.

Well Dr Charles Imber is incredible, but also the rest of the staff, and of course the Cleveland place itself is unique, I would really recommend this place if one should need what it can offer.
