I felt let down on arrival back in my room after surgery- I was not left with the call button within reach, and was thirsty and hungry but it took nearly 4 hours to be looked after - apparently my notes were not changed to allow food and water in spite of repeated requests from me

Suggested improvements
Better communication between catering and staff - I felt the catering department needed to tighten up with efficiency and speed of service - although when it did arrive the food was good


My consultant Mr Sam Rajaratnam and his team were exceptional - I could not have had better care
