The nurses were really amazing in their attitude towards me and listened to whatever I had to say

House keeping was so bad!! Yea was always served cold. I had asked for a jug of water and despite asking three times did not get it for two hours by which time I had missed a dose of my medications When asked I was told they were very busy!! Considering it is a private facility I was shocked at the service by house keeping. In fact I felt NHS was better at it compared to the clinic!!

Their were lots of detailed discussions where I was given the flexibility of choice of treatment after being made aware of the facts

The nursing care was phenomal. The consultants made their rounds regularly and set your mind at ease. The nurses tended to me very professionally and would bend over backwards to help
