First rate care. Every member of staff bent over backwards to make sure I was comfortable and fully engaged. PS... Did not need to press the call button but it will not accept this submission unless I provide an answer for that question.

Suggested improvements
I noticed that the interaction between the anesthetist and other members of staff was just a little 'curt'. At one point I was asked to climb onto the bed that had not been secured (stationary). It's movement seemed to trap the foot of a junior member of staff and was brushed off. Very small point, but it followed on the back of a nurse advising my high blood pressure to the same guy who said it was her fault. I am guessing it was a joke, but it felt just a little bit condescending.


The nursing staff. First rate in everything they did, especially the person who took care of me personally (she was from the Philippines) . I was also struck by the fact that the whole team took the time to introduce themselves to me before the operation. That I thought was a very nice touch!
