The consultant, nurses and other healthcare professionals were very good indeed. They clearly knew their jobs; were always courteous; and never failed to give me support and answer any questions I had. The administation was less effective. I received no less than 3 different requested arrival times for my procedures; and it was clear that there was a breakdown in communication between the administrative team and the Endoscopy team.

Improve inter-departmental communications.

Dr Phillips is a consummate professional, who is also caring and who explains complex medical issues in ways that patients can understand.

The care, professionalism and support provided by Dr Natalie Phillips; her personal team; and the nurses who attended to me during my stay.
