For context I’ve had major surgery in the Royal Free and Royal ENT many times. I think I’ve had over 40 hours of surgery above the neck. My experience in the Cleveland felt like I was in a hospital from the future. The atmosphere is very calm, I’m made to feel like the only patient in the hospital and the quality of the care is the highest I’ve had in any hospital and the food is excellent. For the sake of all your future patients I hope you keep up this high standard.

Mr Woollard is a rare breed. He assessed my condition as well as my character and approach to my health issues in a wholistic manner I’ve not experienced before. I think it’s an excellent way to approach the care he’s providing.

Yes, but I don’t know her name. The nurse that discharged me. She’s a young lady from the Philippines. Also Chris and Sarah from catering. They provided such an attentive service and were very careful to bring me food that was appropriate for my post operative state.
