I was mostly looked after during my time at the hospital - as a day patient - by Neve (probably spelt Niamh) who is truly one of life's beautiful caring creatures. She was excellent and sorry I didn't get her surname. She even gave me a follow up call the next day.

Whilst there was a lot of staff, and no shortage of attention, I felt the service may have been improved had there been a level of seniority inbetween the surgeon and the nurse/s.

I would have welcomed a post op follow up conversation with my consultant but accept he was no doubt still operating.
