From admission through surgery, recovery and leaving the care I received could not have been any better. The whole medical team were so professional, helpful and pleasant. Should I ever need another procedure I would not hesitate to revisit the Cleveland Clinic. Highly recommended.

I did receive an invoice for pre admission blood tests, MRSA, urine culture etc of £843 which I had assumed was included in my original quote of £16,499 that I paid on 29/9/23. Despite the admission team, together with my anaesthetist Barry & another Doctor Charles thinking this is a mistake it still appears to be on my account & I am still unsure as to whether it is due.

I came to Sam Rajaratnam as I believed he was the very best in his field. I am still of that opinion & very pleased with the surgery and my progress so far.

Very difficult to single out individuals but Barry my anaesthetist and a junior doctor Charles were exceptional in their communication and care. The nurses were all superb especially Sophia from Portugal.
